This 1800sq feet home with incredibly high ceiling belongs to a couple with a young child and the brief given by client is to make it child friendly & have plenty of storages. Some other features on their wish list was a closed kitchen, a walk-in wardrobe, game/study room and library which we are pleased to say that we delivered all of them. Coming into the house, you will find the kitchen on your left which is very compact yet it fits a good-sized refrigerator, washer, oven and microwave. Entering the living room, be amazed by the generous ceiling accentuated by a stunning wall feature which doubles up as storages. This feature wall has design elements of cut out glass panels for the parents to supervise their child playing in the living room. Beyond the cozy living room you will find the dining area aligned perfectly in view with overhanging designer pendent lights. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe that can be hidden from view with a door and the child’s room has plenty of shelves for a library to nurture the avid reader! The colour palette is kept to natural timber with some dark woods as accents. It fits perfectly with the estate which has a lot of outdoor plants and natural sunlight.
