One neat feature of this Balmoral unit is a private lift and we suggested a mirror on the opposite side of the lift landing to open up the space as well as it functions as an interim seating area before leaving the house and upon returning. The owners of this Balmoral unit favored a darker colour palette so we chose a rich mahogany for the main living area together with the client and it works very well in bringing out the grandeur of the art pieces on display. The master bedroom comes with glass panels on 2 lengths of the room and it is really close to nature with greenery just outside the window. A long bay window was constructed and it becomes a sanctuary for relaxation. The colour palette is kept dark, warm and rich and the space radiates confidence and masculinity.
