This 614 sqft 1-bedroom condo was transformed into a sleek monochrome minimalist bachelor pad, guided by the client’s desire for simplicity, functionality, and a decluttered aesthetic. With a black, white, and grey color palette, the design embraces clean lines and timeless elegance, using natural materials like wood and stone to add warmth. The main challenge was creating a foyer in a compact layout, which was achieved by relocating the kitchenette, and consolidating storage into a large, efficient cabinet. The standout feature is the new kitchenette with a peninsula that doubles as a breakfast/dining table, showcasing a multi-functional approach to furniture. Despite the space constraints, the design maximizes functionality without sacrificing style, proving that minimalist design can elevate even the smallest of spaces.
